UX Audits

    FAQs

    Do you sign NDAs?

    Yeah, happily.

How much does an audit cost?

It totally depends on the size and complexity of the scope (including things like devices included). Previous audits have been between £5,000 and £50,000, typically they are ~£8,000/£15,000.

What is the output of an audit?

    There are 3 deliverables:

    • A slideshow case study—typically 300/400 slides long, and in the same style as the public case studies.
    • A written summary—this outlines any key issues, and helps prioritise the issues by impact / importance.
    • Unlimited consulting (included in the price).*

    * Is it really unlimited? Well, yes—or at least, I've never had to stop a client from talking to me. The truth is, it may take you 12 months to address all the issues. In which case, we may still be talking in 12 months, that's fine by me.

    Are the audits published?

No, we'll sign an NDA, and then it's all kept private. I'll only publish testimonials and logos for companies who (after the audit), agree to let me.

You won't see your logo on this site unless I explicitly get permission.

How long is the waiting list?

Frustratingly, it changes. Some clients book me in 6-months in advance, to line up with a new product demo. Typically though, audits are booked 1-2 months in advance.

If you have a sooner deadline, please do reach out though, as I may have availability.
