We've done whatever we can to keep your designs as secure as possible, but as it's an AI tool that converts images into insights, it does have to be sent to a third party (OpenAI right now) to interpret the image.

i.e., we take your frame(s), convert it into an image(s), and process that to understand what's in it.

Your image is then stored in our encrypted database, so you can view your Insights later via your BFM+ account. Without this step, every Insight would be temporary, and you'd lose access to them immediately.

And finally we do use previous prompts to anonymously fine tune a private model. This isn't a public model, and we've opted out from allowing OpenAI to train using our prompts. But we privately fine tune a model based on input + results.

We don't ever share your designs or prompts with unnecessary third parties, we never sell your designs (or data about your designs).

Yes, the plugin itself is free.

It does need AI credits though—which aren't free, but are included in every BFM+ subscription.

The plugin gives you 2 free AI credits just for downloading it. You don't need to sign in.

We're working on this, although currently there's no mechanism to top-up credits.
