One way to improve this would be to show who in your channel is going to get the email, and what the email will say.
People may be reserved about triggering an email to their boss.
It's a very specific version of Social Proof (e.g., "David from accounts really wants this feature").
During an upsell, Sentry identifies previous tiers you've trialed, and shows a badge next to the specific feature that you came from.
